I teach Yoga, Meditation, and Fitness Training through UrbanPro. I have 14 years of experience in teaching and training and focus on helping students improve their physical fitness, flexibility, strength, mental well-being, and overall health through regular and consistent practice.

I am a certified Yoga Instructor from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, and have also completed training with K11. In addition, I hold a Personal Trainer certification. These qualifications have helped me develop knowledge and practical expertise across Yoga, Meditation, fitness, and personal training.

Over the years, I have worked with clients with different fitness levels, goals, and requirements. This experience has taught me the importance of understanding an individual's needs before planning a training routine. I believe that fitness and wellness programmes should be adapted according to the person's abilities and objectives.

I specialise in advanced Yoga and Meditation and use Yogasana, breathing techniques, and meditation as important parts of my training. My focus is not limited to physical fitness. I also aim to support mental well-being, flexibility, strength, and overall quality of life through regular practice.

I believe consistency is an important part of any fitness or wellness journey. Rather than approaching training as a short-term activity, I encourage students and clients to develop sustainable habits and incorporate appropriate practices into their regular routine.

My sessions are personalised according to the individual's fitness level, goals, and requirements. I focus on providing practical guidance and helping learners understand the importance of correct practice, regularity, and gradual progress.

I offer both online and offline training through UrbanPro. My goal is to help students and clients build a healthier lifestyle through Yoga, Meditation, breathing practices, and fitness training while supporting their physical and mental well-being.
