I began my teaching under my mother's guidance for her group classes and went on to do a certificate in teaching yoga. Now I take personal classes at home and online. I have more than 3 years of experience in teaching. Most of my students join my class to reduce weight, but it's very overwhelming to see that, after few months it becomes their routine for well being and not just weight loss. I have people working in IT companies who Practice yoga for stress relief and weight loss. I have dancers who are working towards their flexibility and to calm their mind.
