Sunny Alfred Bava

I am a practitioner of Yoga rooted in personal transformation rather than only textbook theory. Over the past decade, I have lived through as creative director and working for global companies and a fast and toxic life which transitioned me to overcome burnout, emotional exhaustion, unhealthy habits, and physical imbalance, and yoga is what rebuilt me from inside out.

I have been practicing Yoga as a daily discipline, integrating Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, mindfulness, and breath-led asana flow. I specialize in gentle but powerful practice that focuses on sessions which are slow, grounding, and meditative, suitable for beginners and anyone seeking inner clarity, emotional balance, and natural strength and looking to detox and align the body, soul and mind rather than exercises.
