I teach Boxing training and have 10 years of coaching experience in the field. My focus is on helping students build strength, discipline, agility, and confidence through structured boxing training. I believe boxing is not just a sport but a powerful way to develop physical fitness, mental toughness, and self-control. I have completed my 2nd PUC, and my professional journey has been shaped largely by hands-on experience and disciplined training environments. One of the most important phases of my career was serving in the Indian Army, where I trained personnel in boxing and overall physical fitness. This experience instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, safety awareness, and structured training methods. During my time in the Army, I worked closely with trainees of different fitness levels, helping them improve endurance, strength, and combat readiness through boxing-based conditioning. This exposure helped me understand how to train individuals systematically while maintaining high physical and safety standards. I have also worked with CULT (Cult.fit), where I trained individuals in boxing and strength conditioning. Training in a professional fitness environment allowed me to work with a wide range of learners, from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts, and further refine my coaching techniques. My training methodology focuses on proper warm-ups, technique drills, footwork, sparring practice, strength conditioning, and strict safety protocols. I emphasize correct posture, balance, and movement so that students build strong fundamentals and reduce the risk of injury. All my classes are conducted offline and are highly practical and interactive. Sessions include live demonstrations, fitness drills, sparring guidance, and one-on-one corrections. I provide real-time feedback to ensure students improve continuously and perform techniques correctly. My goal as a boxing coach is to help students become fitter, stronger, and more confident while learning authentic boxing skills. Seeing trainees improve their performance, discipline, and physical conditioning motivates me to stay committed to delivering focused and effective training.

I started playing basketball at the age of 13, since when I was 6th std. I played my first national level when I was 8th STD then I got selected for sports authority of India. Then started getting trained by professional national level coach Rajaram mukashi,and I started training my juniors.Totally I have played 3 times national level and 3 times university blue and many state level and won gold medal.And I have trained my college team for 3 years. I have lot's of experience and I am really passionated towards teaching basketball.ð???
