About the Course

There's something about a sizzler that appeals to your taste buds, your stomach, and your very soul. The balance of colors, textures and taste can be magical. Would you believe that you can recreate this magic at home?

The first time I saw a waiter bringing a sizzling hot plate with wafting smoke and smells to our table, I was hooked. Each sizzle was a mouthwatering moment and the oompish style of the dish was like an eyeball grabbing view. Wouldn't I love to make these enticing sizzlers at home? Of course, I would. And so I did.

Now, it's your turn. Believe me, creating a sizzling delight is not as hard as it looks. If you know the basics, you can make sizzlers that will have hubby turning away from hotel food to your awesome kitchen in no time.
Join my Sizzling Sizzler's class to learn the skill of creating veg and non-veg sizzlers, brainstorm on combinations, and bring out your inner artist. The 5 hour class will include two sessions – the first 4 hours will be dedicated to veg sizzlers and the next hour to non-veg sizzlers. You can choose to take the class for only veg sizzlers or both veg and non-veg.

In veg sizzlers, you will learn to make:
• Veg Sizzler with Italian Sauce and Garlic Bread
• Homemade Cottage Cheese Sizzler with Green Sauce and Saffron Rice
• Vegetables and Mushroom Sizzler with Green Sauce and Garlic Noodles
• Yummy accompaniments: Veg Cutlet, Stuffed Capsicum, Mushroom and Tomatoes, French Fries, Stir Fried Vegetables

In non-veg sizzlers, we'll make:
• Chicken Sizzler with Black Pepper Sauce
• Chicken Shashlik Sizzler with Shashlik Sauce
• Yummy Accompaniment: Chicken Cutlet

Don’t forget to book your seat quickly as seats are limited per class.
Equipment and materials for the class will be provided along with a recipe booklet.

Duration: 4 hours (veg only) / 5 hours (veg and non-veg)
