"If you would really like to invest something on "you", I would strongly suggest Health/Fitness is the one area you should invest in today's time which we generally ignore in a busy schedule and live up with many health issue/stress. If you agree then you are at the right place to contact her (Shruthi (Trainer) is taking online/offline class and believe me to start something you really don't need big brand/buzz but yes. You need the right trainer who can help you. She is very dedicated and has a great value of teaching/guiding/counselling. I would strongly request once to contact and ask for one trail/regular class/weekend class for your need, Be healthy &fit, Thanks. "

"Its been 1month at Chittamandara Shruti's yoga class. She teaches in a excellent way, by reminding us about breath in every stretch, doesn't miss out in even single pose. That is the beauty of doing yoga, she does a brilliant job here. Even though its an online class, she doesn't miss to correct our posture. She handles very well both beginners and experienced ones. Sometimes she imparts theoretical knowledge of yoga also. I had earlier experience, but learnt here few new techniques. I also had profounding experience in doing pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra sessions. I Bow to your dedication towards learning yoga and teaching yoga. Thank you very much for your advice or guidance."

It depends on type of class and location. In bangalore the price varies from 6k to 8k for 12 sessions. Normally an hour charge is around Rs500 - Rs800.

How can yoga classes make you healthier?

Yoga has several flavours: Asanas which will mould your body to a slim and stable body. Rhythmic breathing is established here. Pranayama which will chanelise your breathing. Relaxation which will help you to absorb all energy you spent in doing Yoga. As you know Yoga targets both mind and Body.... ...more

Asanas which will mould your body to a slim and stable body. Rhythmic breathing is established here.

Pranayama which will chanelise your breathing.

Relaxation which will help you to absorb all energy you spent in doing Yoga.

As you know Yoga targets both mind and Body. FOr most of the body problems, our mind will be the culprit and the breath adds more fuel to it. So by correcting breath you will calm and stabilise your mind and there by body. 

I can say health wil be the side effects of Yoga, as you prepare your body and mind with postures, pranayama.

You can. But without a Guru, your alignment in posture and breathing will be an issue. It will be any other exercise that you take up but not Yoga.In Yoga its not just enough that your body is flexible, but its needed that you body alignment is correct and you are not injuring yourself. You can. But without a Guru, your alignment in posture and breathing will be an issue. It will be any other exercise that you take up but not Yoga.In Yoga its not just enough that your body is flexible, but its needed that you body alignment is correct and you are not injuring yourself. 

Yoga concentrates on rhythmic breathing and you will need to follow Guru's advice on breathing as you get in and get out of posture. For the same reason its not advisable to practice without a Guru.
