I’ve completed a 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 500), specializing in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga for Weight Management. My teaching blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern awareness, focusing on mindful movement, breath, and self-connection.
