All the kids may not get the required level of attention at schools and may lag behind their potential. I feel the need to help these children do well in main-stream. It is true that I get to learn so much about my own subjects when I teach them. This inturn helps me understand my basics equally well and also, open up some new dimensions, which went unnoticed till now. I am fond of typical black-board teaching with a lot of activities and experiments. Such activities will provide a thorough understanding and learning becomes fun.As I have often experiences, children learn better this way. Along with these we need a friendly relationship with kids so that they can share their difficulties freely and I will be able to help them to the best of my abilities.
