I am an ACE(American Council On Exercise) certified personal trainer. I specialize in fat loss programs. I help clients shed that extra kilos of body fat. My programs are unique and individualized as per the client's goals, current fitness levels and previous experience with exercise programs. I believe in a permanent and healthy way of losing body fat by developing healthy habits through small and consistent lifestyle changes. As a result of the above said, results may take a little longer than other approaches but rest assured that the extra layer of body fat is kept at bay for the rest of your life and more importantly you will discover a healthier and fitter version of yourself through the journey.
