My name is Monisha , and I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor with 17 years of experience in yoga practice and 5 years of professional teaching experience. I conduct both online and offline yoga classes for people of all age groups, including children, adults, and senior citizens. My classes are designed to support a variety of goals, such as weight management, physical fitness, stress reduction, health improvement, and overall wellness.
