Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, All started with my dad who was a heavy weight lifter and a fitness enthusiast. I started to practice yoga in my teens and yoga has helped me grow stronger, more balanced, fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. Yoga to me is not just at physical and fitness level but In my teachings I like to help others thrive to look inwards to nurture body, mind and their soul through traditional Pathanjali yoga sutra, and my hope is that all participants step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced both physically, mentally and professionally.
