I have been practising yoga since childhood 1993 and teaching yoga since 2004. I have completed P.G.Diploma in yoga studies in 2004
Completed Master of physical education in 2008 with specialisation of yoga
Also studied yoga instructor course in 2009 at SVYASA university of yoga at Bangalore
Taught yoga in Various institute last of india land Thailand and Singapore
I taught yoga in Thailand 20010 to 2013 at California fitness and yoga Bangkok
I taught yoga at true yoga and fitness Singapore in 2013 to 2020.
At present I am living in Indian Himalayan state Uttarakhand for my personal yoga practice,online yoga teaching and to keep on study 📚 with hunger of knowledge
Also moving around Asia for teaching yoga
