Started practicing yoga 15 years ago.
Did the fist certification in 2008 from SVYASA and the upgraded with 200 hr certifications that covers Ashtanga, Power, Hatha and Pranayama.
Have travelled extensively to Rishikesh and other places conducive to Yoga to learn and share my learnings.
I am an avid practioner of Advaita Vedanta.
My intention is to share and to guide people come into harmony with themselves physically, mentally and spiritually.
I am straight forward and can be assertive and strict but only to see that my students get the best results for themselves while also understanding the true message of Yoga which is not just a physical exercise but a doorway into a fulfilled life that is inclusive and compassionate.
Yoga is the union of Self with Spirit and along with that you also receive a healthy body and mind.
