VIDWAN D.R. RAGHAVENDRA was born into a richly cultured and traditional
music family from Bangalore, Karnataka.

He has been into this divine art form at the tender age of 6 years. He started
his Vocal & Violin training under the able guidance of

Under their guru’s guidance, Raghavendra gained tremendous knowledge
about the way of staging concerts, Vioin Technicalities, Manoodharma
aspects, and Teaching Violin & Vocal eminently.

Raghavendra has the credit of staging concerts in prestigious sabhas all over
India. He is also a Scholarship holder of Kannada & Cultural Dept, Bangalore

He completed his Vidwanth examination with Distention marks conducted by
KSSEB Karnataka.

He is awarded Promising Young Talent for his Violin solo concert in
Hyderabad.
