Teaching Experience in detail in Yoga Classes
I am practicing Yoga for 4 years. I started classes 2 years back. Had experience with Adults and Kids Batch. I got excellent feedback from adults(above 50 years old). I am also realizing it is a god's gift for them. I am very comfortable with Middle age and old age people. My students are feeling energized, improved flexibility and stamina. My Teaching way will be comfortable for all ages. It includes warm-up, surya namaskar, Breathing exercises, asanas and Meditation. I am feeling happy to teach yoga.

"Practicing yoga under Praba’s guidance has been a truly rewarding experience. Her patient, structured approach and consistent encouragement helped us stay committed to our practice. Warm up, various Asanas, full body stretches, Surya Namaskar everything helped in physical as well as mental health. One of the highlights was her inspiring leadership during the 108 Surya Namaskars on Ratha Saptami—something we never imagined we could achieve! Thank you, Praba, for your selfless dedication in teaching us yoga and for motivating us towards a healthier, happier lifestyle. "

"It’s really good – slow and steady progress. We feel refreshed. The flexible timings helped a lot. The highlight was completing 108 Surya Namaskars, achieved with just two months of practice, twice a week." "

Yoga means connecting mind (mentally) and body (physically) through the spiritual way. To attain samadhi in Ashtanga Yoga, we need to go through Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana and Dhyana. Yama and Niyama are do's and don'ts. By started practising Asana we can achieve those two states. Pranayama control prana by different breathing techniques. Pratyahara is achieved by controlling sense organs. Dharana means to fix your concentration on one particular object. Dhyana means to focus on something for a long time without distraction(thoughtless).
