My approach varies depending on the student's needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves and plan the teaching lessons according to the student requirements and follow much of the traditional and the modern approach in teaching and basically focus on the core concept of the subject and try to make the students to understand the subject, not to mug it up. I believe in focusing on fundamentals and getting the correct line of thinking while approaching a problem and also emphasis on few things that are to be remembered, like formulae, properties, theorems etc. I will monitor progress and revise concepts on a regular basis and also there will be stress on subject matter where student may weak while making sure the strength areas are developed further. I have 15+ years of experience of tutoring and specialized of teaching subjects like Mathematics and Physics for classes of 10th, 11th and 12th (for board syllabus like ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE boards). Proficient in developing new lessons, activities to expand learning opportunities and giving conceptual knowledge.
