Psychologist, Corporate Trainer, Ex Client Relations Associate and Retention Analyst.
With over four years of rich, multidisciplinary experience, I have worked across diverse roles in the mental health, education, and corporate sectors, building a dynamic skillset rooted in emotional intelligence, strategic communication, and people-centric design. Beginning as a Client Relations Associate and later a Customer Retention Analyst, I developed a keen understanding of empathy-driven service, relationship management, and data-informed decision-making. Transitioning into education, I served as an Admissions Counselor, where I supported students through high-stakes decisions with clarity and care. My passion for learning and development led me to take on the role of Lead Instructional Designer, where I crafted inclusive, learner-centric content tailored to diverse needs and learning styles. As a Secretary of the Student Council, I strengthened my leadership and coordination abilities, managing student engagement initiatives and cross-functional communication. In my current role as a Learning and Development Mental Health Practitioner Intern, I integrate psychological frameworks into organizational and educational settings, facilitating workshops that promote work-life balance, burnout prevention, and mental wellness. Additionally, as a Child-Centered Trainer, I've designed and delivered developmentally sensitive programs that enhance socio-emotional growth. This journey has equipped me with expertise in curriculum development, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, trauma-informed care, and systemic thinking. I am driven by a deep commitment to bridging emotional well-being with institutional development, continually evolving as a reflective, compassionate, and impact-oriented professional.
