I specialize in Personality Development, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills, and Career Counselling, and I have been mentoring and training students for the past 19 years. My passion lies in helping individuals improve their confidence, communication abilities, and overall personality so that they can achieve success both academically and professionally. I strongly believe that proper guidance and self-development can create a positive impact on every aspect of a person’s life.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English. My educational background has provided me with strong language proficiency and effective teaching skills, which I use to guide students in improving their communication and interpersonal abilities. Over the years, I have continuously worked towards helping students become more confident speakers and better learners.

Throughout my career, I have trained students in various areas including English Language Training, English for Competitive Examinations, Soft Skills Development, Communication Skills, Stress Management, Anger Management, Self-Motivation, Self-Study Skills, and Personality Development. My teaching approach focuses not only on academic improvement but also on developing important life skills that help students perform confidently in interviews, public speaking, group discussions, and professional environments.

I am a retired Indian Air Force officer, and this experience has played a major role in shaping my discipline, leadership qualities, and training methods. Along with serving in the Air Force, I have also worked with Kendriya Vidyalaya and served as an Educational Director, Resource Person, and Motivational Speaker. These experiences have given me the opportunity to interact with students and professionals from diverse backgrounds and guide them effectively.

I have received the British Council Intermediate Upper Grade certification, which further strengthened my expertise in English communication and training. In addition to teaching and mentoring, I have authored 10 books that are available on Amazon.in. Writing books and delivering motivational sessions at universities and educational institutions have allowed me to contribute meaningfully to the field of education and personality development.

My teaching methodology is practical, interactive, and experience-based. I believe students learn best when they actively participate and apply concepts in real-life situations. During my sessions, I use PPT presentations, videos, discussions, and practical activities to make learning engaging and impactful. I focus on helping students improve communication confidence, public speaking, interpersonal skills, and positive thinking through regular interaction and guidance.

I conduct both online and offline classes depending on the convenience of students. My goal as a trainer and mentor is to inspire individuals to recognize their potential, overcome self-doubt, and build the confidence required to succeed in life and career. Helping students transform their mindset, improve their personality, and achieve personal growth continues to be the most rewarding part of my journey.
