For me teaching is not just a profession. Its a responsibility. I get friendly with the kids. I never scold kids rather develop a relation with them so that they can open up with me and then only they start loving the subjects. In this way only they can do better. I explain the chapter first and then ask them questions. and second day first I make them revise the previous class topics and then go to the next topic. Teaching is my passion and I believe student should be thorough with the topics. A teacher plays a very important role in developing interests in the subjects. I have done M.sc with zoology hons.
