I am a dedicated yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, offering sessions in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga on UrbanPro. My passion for yoga began early and has only deepened with time. I strive to bring physical, mental, and spiritual balance into my students’ lives through consistent, well-guided practice rooted in traditional knowledge and personal experience.

I hold a Yoga Instructor Certification from Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, earned in 2022. Although the formal certification came later in my journey, my practical experience in teaching spans a decade. This blend of hands-on practice and structured learning allows me to deliver sessions that are both authentic and aligned with the principles of safe, progressive training.

Over the years, I’ve helped students from various age groups and backgrounds improve their flexibility, strength, focus, and overall well-being. Whether someone is a beginner or already familiar with yoga, I tailor my sessions to suit their level, gradually guiding them toward more advanced techniques. I believe that every person’s yoga journey is unique, and my teaching respects that individuality.

In addition to teaching regular sessions, I have participated in multiple yoga competitions and events. These experiences have been rewarding and have earned me certificates of appreciation and recognition. More importantly, they have refined my skills and deepened my commitment to spreading the benefits of yoga to others.

I currently conduct my classes online, which has allowed me to reach students across different locations. I focus on making the sessions interactive and clear, with live demonstrations and corrections wherever necessary. Despite the virtual format, I maintain a strong student-teacher connection by being attentive and responsive throughout the session.

I provide class notes and guidance so that students can continue their practice outside class hours. I also support my students in building consistency and cultivating mindfulness in their daily routines. My sessions include breathing techniques (pranayama), guided relaxation, and yoga asanas designed to build strength, reduce stress, and promote inner peace.

Yoga is more than just a practice for me—it is a way of life. I am grateful to share this journey with my students and to help them discover their own potential through mindful movement and breath awareness. Every session I teach is a step forward in building a healthier, more balanced community.
