I am an MSc in Biotechnology and a Postgraduate in Bioprocess Engineering. Currently I am doing post-graduation in POLITICAL SCIENCE. Understanding the student, his/her strength and weakness in the particular subject is the first step I take to understand his/her level. Then I implement certain strategy to teach the student to increase his/her standards . I give proper notes with time to time tests. Students need assistance mostly in the topics and concepts they do not understand and irritates them. Gradually thy loose interest on the subject and ends in getting lesser marks in exam. I stress on an easier way of understanding the concepts which they find it troublesome to turn into a very interesting topic. I always listen to students and never get tired of explaining them again and again until and unless they understands.
