For me teaching is not just a profession. Its a responsibility. I get friendly with the kids. I never scold kids rather develop a relation with them so that they can open up with me and then only they start loving the subjects. In this way only they can do better. I explain the chapter first and then ask them questions. and second day first I make them revise the previous class topics and then go to the next topic. Teaching is my passion and I believe student should be thorough with the topics. A teacher plays a very important role in developing interests in the subjects. I have done M.sc with zoology hons. I started teaching when I was in 10th. Maths was my favourite subject and I loved teaching that. Now with experience I have got the ability to understand the child. If any student doesn't have interest in any subject, I first allow them to open up with me and then they start liking the subject.
