I am a final year degree student, pursuing a triple major in English, Journalism, and Psychology. I enjoy working with children, learning and unlearning with them. I have worked in the capacity of a writer, in a variety of fields- such as Times of India and a Bangalore-based production house, Third Eye Films as a Correspondent Intern and Part-time Content Writer, respectively. I have also, been an active part of my student-run college newspaper, Carmel Beat as a writer, and my College Model United Nations Society throughout the course of my second and third year which made me understand that I like to learn and develop my craft according to the task at hand, and I find flexibility as the key to hone my skills, over time. My mother, although, professionally is a psychologist but she has spent a couple of years teaching psychology and sociology to high school students, and closely working with them; which is what truly inspires me to begin my journey of teaching. I am a fresher when it comes to tutoring but I did teach around 6 students English, Social Science, and Biology for two weeks, when I was a part of an NGO, U&I for a few days. Although I could not continue it due to a certain personal problem, I did thoroughly enjoy it!
