Hi sir, I think the best way to around this is with patience. You may try the role of play in his learning- for example, you may take a bowl and put a series of fruits on it- apple, banana, mango, grapes (whatever is available at home). Then you ask him to pick a fruit that he loves the most; you tell him the name of the fruit and its colour; this way, you're keeping him busy and incorporating knowledge.
You may then try introducing incentives, i.e. if he sits quietly for a certain amount of time, let's say 15 minutes, for starters, he gets to eat his favourite chocolate by the end of it. You may increase the number of minutes or hours accordingly. And if he doesn't, then you may try making him teach you (a reversal of roles) and make him understand the importance of patience. Sir, listening is essential; he needs to feel heard and important.
I hope this helps :)
