I actually am good at academics during my student life but realized the passion for teaching in me only after taking it up for a social service cause. I started loving teaching and found it even more interesting when i observed that the kids i taught are understanding the concepts relatively quicker and better. I took admission for my own kids in a renowned school and later found that in-spite of high IQ levels they needed some support in their studies. Then i took the decision to quit my 7 digit-ed salary job to take up this new project of teaching kids in a simple and efficient way. So i started this with my own kids and extended to friends and neighbor kids nearby. Coming to way of teaching, my priority is to 'give a better understanding of any given topic in a simpler way' . I don't want them to 'learn' any topic, but to 'study' and 'understand' it, because if you learn it there are chances you may forget it, but if you understand it there wont be any chance of forgetting. This is my motto/self-defined protocol for my teaching. Also if feel i can not stand up to this, for any topic or teaching request, i will not take that assignment at all and feel happy to intimate the same. My Patience and persistence are my strengths in striving to give good knowledge to the kids in a simpler way. Though i am very good at maths and science(which are my main subjects), i love teaching Social studies and EVS as it gives opportunity to shape up more socially responsible citizens.
