I have taught 12th level students from different Indian as well as International Boards, my focus is always on developing student’s interest and enhancing his/ her understanding of fundamental concepts. My methodology of teaching is mainly deductive, which is student friendly and very effective. Apart from teaching regular Indian and international boards I have also taught NIOS students of 12th level. I have trained +2 level students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET and CET. Many of my students have got admissions in prestigious institutions in India, like IIT and ISER etc. Similarly they are placed in University of Singapore, Australia and in London (Oxford). Since I was involved in designing foundation course and developing content for study material in my subject Chemistry, it gives an in-depth perspective to my teaching methodologies. Having made my long career in academics, have acquired matured skills in teaching & mentoring domains. Teaching is not only a profession but a passion for me, I am a teacher trainer also, and hence I am a teacher by choice and not by chance. I hold a Master of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Mysore, Karnataka. I have one year of teaching experience for MSc Zoology students of Govindram Seksaria Science College, Belagavi, during which I also guided the major MSc project for five students of the college. I have been teaching biology for Pre-University students at Jain PU College, Bangalore since May 2023. I have a thorough knowledge of both theory as well as practicals for the Karnataka Pre-University course.

I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature and have a deep passion for helping students understand and appreciate the richness of literary texts. With a strong academic background and classroom experience, I specialize in teaching Class 12 English, focusing on both Core English and English Literature components as prescribed by various boards (CBSE, ISC, and State Boards). My experience spans teaching English at higher-secondary level, where I guide students in developing strong analytical, interpretive, and writing skills. I help learners move beyond rote learning by encouraging them to analyze themes, characters, and literary devices with clarity and confidence. In literature classes, I make complex texts more approachable by connecting them to real-world ideas and encouraging open discussion. My sessions also emphasize exam-oriented preparation, including detailed guidance in answer writing, comprehension, and literary appreciation to help students excel academically. I teach Accounts for Class 12 students and also train students in vocal music. With 7 years of experience in Accounts and 8 years in vocal music, I’ve been fortunate to guide learners in two very different yet equally rewarding fields—academics and the arts. Teaching has always been my passion, and I take pride in helping students grow both intellectually and creatively. Academically, I hold a B.Com degree and am currently pursuing my Chartered Accountancy internship at Accenture. This professional exposure adds practical insights to my teaching, especially when it comes to Accounts, as I can relate concepts to real-world applications. My goal is not only to help students score well in exams but also to build a strong foundation that will support them in higher studies and professional careers. In the field of music, I have completed my Carnatic Classical Vocal board examinations up to the Senior level. Along with that, I have also undergone Devarnama training, which has enriched my knowledge and versatility as a performer and teacher. Music has been an integral part of my life, and I strive to pass on the same love for learning and performing to my students. I have also had the privilege of performing in several concerts at temples, which helped me gain confidence, stage presence, and valuable experience as a vocalist. These opportunities strengthened my ability to guide students not just in technical aspects of music, but also in performance and expression. Teaching students from the US has been another unique experience, as it gave me exposure to diverse learning styles and allowed me to adapt my methods to suit different learners. One of my proudest achievements as an Accounts teacher was guiding two students who initially scored around 65 marks. With consistent effort and focused coaching, they went on to score 96 marks in their 2nd PUC exams. This transformation reinforced my belief in the power of patient teaching and personalized support. I believe every student has the potential to excel if given the right guidance and encouragement. In my classes, whether Accounts or music, I prefer interactive sessions where students actively engage and clarify their doubts. I make use of PPTs, a whiteboard, and other tools to simplify concepts and make learning more effective. My teaching style combines structured lesson planning with flexibility, ensuring that every student feels comfortable and confident throughout the learning process. I conduct most of my classes online, which gives students flexibility and access to resources while maintaining personalized attention. My aim is to create an environment where students feel motivated, supported, and inspired to do their best—whether in mastering Accounts or finding their voice in music.
