"I would strongly caution anyone considering booking sessions with Chaithra. I paid in advance for 12 classes in a month. Over 2 months, only 6 classes were completed. On multiple occasions, sessions were confirmed the night before, and I woke up early waiting — only for her not to show up. There were repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows, each time with a different reason — family emergencies, illness, traffic, relocation, accidents. While occasional emergencies are understandable, this pattern happened consistently. As a paying client, I expect basic professionalism and commitment. Waking up early repeatedly for confirmed sessions that never happened was extremely frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I would advise future clients to avoid paying in advance. "
