I have started my teaching career from year 2002 when i was studying Diploma in Medical Lab Technology in Ranchi (Jharkhand). I start the teaching lesson with few Activities and inducto-deductive methods and if needed, i use project and model methods for mensuration, algebraic identities and chemistry 'orbital diagrams etc. where student can understand the concept very easily by relating himself with daily activities. And for students with learning disabilities 'after explaining the lesson i use the rote learning method and daily writing practice and to know the progress after each topic i will conduct the oral and written test and weekly once quiz and then individual counselling session. And very important during interaction with students i always prepared myself to use positive and motivated words so i can build the good report with students. 1.
