I am a Design Engineer experienced in CAD modeling for more than 3 years predominantly in aerospace domain. I am currently working as a design team lead at ADE-DRDO from past 1 year. I will be happy to share my knowledge in design tools including softwares like CATIA, UG NX, Pro E, Fusion 360, Auto CAD, across various workbenches including part design, surface design, assembly, sheet metal, drafting/manufacturing drawings, electrical harness, piping and tubing, 3d printing applications, Kinematic simulation and much more. Good knowledge of Drafting & drawing standard issues. The design of welded structures and sheet metal enclosures. Well versed with sheet metal, solid modelling, drafting modules. Good knowledge of GD & T. Well versed with welding symbols in the drawing. Read the drawings and produce the picture as per the standards. Knowledge of BOM. Develops manufacturing drawings by applicable standards Clear documentation of quality methods, procedures and test results. Construct and oversee technicians in the construction of developed systems Interfaces with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Confer with system engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
