You may be doing very well in some topics or let us say in talking about a past incident but may find it difficult when explaining a current situation or your problem may be in handling complex words or sentences. Hence, you need to first understand the areas of mistake first then you need to take a decision whether it is better to learn yourself (through resources available in Internet or books) or whether you wish to take the help of a trainer/training institute. There are different courses ranging from basic, intermediate and advanced sessions. Also you may have to think whether only during interviews you get nervous and unable to present your response to questions.

As you are the specialist in your field, you need to communicate to them what is needed, how, when etc. English plays an important role here. It is more of a technical & business language that you need to use English for these communication. I would suggest to take up business English. We specialize on Technology and IT related English communication.
