Tutor's home Blue Timbre, is an excellent school for music. I have been attending classes for quite a while now. The staff and tutors know what they're doing and are excellent in their respective fields. The monthly mini performances are also fun, and prepare you for the big annual event, which i am yet to experience, but i know i can set some high expectations for.

There is no age limit on starting to learn to be a singer. Many great singers didn't start young. If you want to become a singer, first shortlist some good music institutes like www.bluetimbre.com and then attend a demo session/assessment where you can be evaluated for potential.
Enroll at a good music school which can teach you from the very basic of music including the theory and techniques, not just songs. Work hard, practise daily and you will see a huge improvement in just a few months.
