My highest qualification is ME Embedded systems from BITS Pilani. I can teach maths and physics subjects, earlier taught to 10 under privileged students. I am currently working as VLSI engineer but want to take up this activity more of passion due to my inclination towards teaching

I have 6 years experience in teaching. I approach the topic by introducing the physical interpretation and real life examples. Once students appreciate the beauty behind it, I will make them practice more examples. I will conduct practice tests on a regular basis to track students understanding level. Classes are conducted online, following a well-structured lesson plan with interactive sessions. I use PPTs and whiteboard techniques to enhance understanding, making each session engaging and effective. MCA graduate and I have done Diploma in Java at Aptech. In my school and college days I used to help my friends to make them understand the things in simple way. So I thought to do teaching as a part time and I like teaching because I enjoy the feelings of being a reason for someone to learn things through me. I have seen many teachers explaining or taking classes without giving a proper base of that subject or language. My way is to start from the very beginning and in simplest way and make my students to grow up by their own even after the courses.

I have been in the IT industry for 8 years, specializing in technical support and ITIL consulting. My profession demands superior communication skills in English. I have been very passionate about learning English from my graduation years and it helped me attain significant acclaim in the usage of functional English in my everyday life whether professional, social or personal. I believe in a pragmatic approach to learning against the traditional classroom kind of approach. I also believe English in particular needs to be built from scratch holistically to have a good command of the language. For example, we will be a good speaker only if we have the right pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, intonation, subject knowledge, all sewn together. My experience includes taking home tuition for students, spoken English training for IT professionals, general content writing etc. My specialization though is in voice and accent. It is also the area of focus for my personal development as well. Over the last 7 years I have been constantly practicing and bettering my speech for being more effective at work. Evidently being a good speaker can earn the respect of most people and I have been getting numerous requests for tutoring others others in speaking better. I come from a service desk background as well which gives a huge emphasis on the way of talking and unlike others I did my best to improve the clarity of speech, pronunciation, accent and intonation throughout my career.

I have over decades experience, 7 years as a full time corporate HR handled various functions of HR as HR generalist (Business Partner), cross IT & Manufacturing Industry. And around 3 years worked as, Full time and part time Faculty and freelance trainer with various colleges and companies. Worked with Teamease as trainer and worked with colleges like TIMS, NSB, ISBR and Oxford College of Management as faculty.
