I have been in the IT industry for 8 years, specializing in technical support and ITIL consulting. My profession demands superior communication skills in English. I have been very passionate about learning English from my graduation years and it helped me attain significant acclaim in the usage of functional English in my everyday life whether professional, social or personal. I believe in a pragmatic approach to learning against the traditional classroom kind of approach. I also believe English in particular needs to be built from scratch holistically to have a good command of the language. For example, we will be a good speaker only if we have the right pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, intonation, subject knowledge, all sewn together. My experience includes taking home tuition for students, spoken English training for IT professionals, general content writing etc.

My specialization though is in voice and accent. It is also the area of focus for my personal development as well. Over the last 7 years I have been constantly practicing and bettering my speech for being more effective at work. Evidently being a good speaker can earn the respect of most people and I have been getting numerous requests for tutoring others others in speaking better. I come from a service desk background as well which gives a huge emphasis on the way of talking and unlike others I did my best to improve the clarity of speech, pronunciation, accent and intonation throughout my career.
