Ajith Dinesh

Senior English Trainer & Former Banker (31+ Yrs Exp) | Business English, Public Speaking & Professional Communication

Welcome! I am a passionate English Language Trainer with a distinguished 31-year career in the banking sector. Throughout my extensive corporate journey, effective communication, precision in language, and impactful articulation were core to my everyday professional life.

Having navigated high-level corporate environments, leadership roles, and client dealings for over three decades, I specialize in helping learners bridge the gap between basic English and fluent, confident, corporate-ready communication.

Whether you want to speak fluently in daily life, excel in corporate interviews, structure impact-driven emails, or build confidence in public speaking, I tailor my teaching to match your specific goals and pace.

Key Subject Areas & Specializations
Business English & Professional Communication: Corporate vocabulary, formal email writing, client presentations, meeting etiquette, and cross-cultural communication.

Spoken English & Fluency: Conversational practice, building sentence structures, eliminating hesitant pauses, and developing a natural flow.

Interview Preparation & Confidence Building: Mock interviews, framing articulate answers, resume discussions, and corporate workplace readiness.

Grammar & Pronunciation: Practical, real-world grammar without overwhelming rules; focusing on clarity, diction, and correct usage.

Teaching Approach & Methodology
Practical & Interactive: Lessons focus on real-life application, conversational practice, and practical scenarios rather than pure theory.

Personalized Learning Plans: Every student is unique—I assess your current level and design a customized roadmap to achieve your specific objectives.

Constructive Feedback: A comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you can speak freely, make mistakes, and improve systematically.
