IdentityI am a final year student, triple majoring in Psychology, Sociology and Rehabilitation Sciences. I have experience in working with children with special needs as well as regular children. I have a passion for Biology and am looking to become an Occupational Therapist. I am patient, understanding and goal oriented, and prefer to explain concepts in a very easy and memorable way.
My teaching method is based on the student's learning style. Whether the student is a visual, auditory or kinesthetic learner, my approach adapts to their unique learning style.
My classes are structured around the proper introduction to a concept rather than according to the examination blueprint.
In my very first session with the student, I will be assessing their learning style so that I can modify my teaching methods and learning materials according to their comfort.
My classes will start with a short rapport building session, to ease the student into the class. We will then move towards the concept of the day, where I will be explaining it according to their needs, with heavy use of practical material and audio-visual guides. We will then close off with a short review of the day's concepts.
