First of all, let me tell you that the USA is not a global policeman formally. In fact, the term has not been implemented yet. Yes, there have been many discussion about having a superpower which may govern the laws across the globe but still, laws aredecentralized. Every state/ country has it's own preferences & priorities.Ifyou needmore explanation read further.Imagine a country which is doing good in a particular resource, that country can supply it's rich resources to other countries; like India supplies Mangoes or saffron to the world. In a similar manner, the USA has a strong police force and have a huge budget which is being met/ used every year so they are claiming or say people of other states are considering them to be a supplier of protection. Today, USA has highly strong and moral police force than UK, Russia, and China. Thus the phenomenon has arisen.Will be happy to explainfurther, if required. read less
