Hello Kiran, I completely agree with all the mighty minds who have suggested you in some way or the other but as far as my little knowledge is concerned I think without riding on the bicycle you can not learn how to ride bicycle; without jumping into the water you can not learn how to swim. In the same way you can read newspapers or magazines of your choice for hours but without start speaking in english you can not improve your communication or speaking. I suggest you to spare two minutes or three for yourself through out the day and make a routine to speak something in front of a mirror without thinking what others are thinking about you. Start with some small sentences and gradually increase your time of speaking. I am sure you will find a great change in you after some time. read less
