Teaching Experience in detail in Spoken English classes

I started teaching when i was in my college doing final year Graduation.since then it has been almost 10 years now. Teaching is my hobby but iam a designated communication & personality development trainer with a canadian company. The best part in teaching is that i have children who have not got the right standard of english education as result they are hesitant to speak so after attending my sessions they sound more confident. My style of teaching is i start from a scratch no matter if the student is well versed with the subject but when the candidate is in my session i make it sure his basics are strong like foundation of a pillar. My strengths are my students who make me feel the importance of my presence in their career. I love to teach them the basic language of english because if they are not perfect in their basic grammer then pronunciation cannot be perfect. I had wonderful experience with various age groups as i was able to understand their difficulties where they lack & provided the correct resolutions also many of them lack in opportunities due to which they are not groomed in communication. I use the Power point presentation as a tool with images & flowcharts to impart perfect knowledge.

"Friend, I suggest don't go with this trainer, She has good knowledge but don't know how to teach also don't about manner. As a trainer you will respect him but she will taking for granted it. You will going to learn simple language but she made it very harder. Also you can see how many users are giving negative feedback. After full payment she would like you to skip classes. "

Reply by Sujata

In response to this I would like to answer this student that he does not learn anything what is taught he keeps sitting in the class watching as if he is watching a movie as a trainer I am strict so he doesn't like it he wants to just enjoy the class instead of learning when he is asked or given any task he sits blank yes I am not linient because later these students say that they didn't get proper class or trainer didint teach anything he himself stopped taking class and they think trainer should do what they want because they have paid so his allegations sre baseless they think rsting is a weapon they can hit on the trainer this student actually doesnot want to study.

"Tutor itself using multiple fillers and taking gaps during the discussions. I think, she should take the training from other institutes. Worst experience. "

Reply by Sujata

This candidate just took demo and then said he was interested to join but when it came to payment he refused and this is just to blame the trainer nothing else he didn't even attend any class.

Grammar is an area that cannot be done without guidance. So get a teacher hired and take a complete session on language and grammar skills. English as a language is based entirely upon grammar, so your grammar knowledge has to be reliable.
