Art needs patience to learn anything. Basics and technique you will learn very soon but you have to do too much practice for the development of your skills. You have to develop your sense according to tattoo designing and concepts. Best wishes, Amitabh Rajan.

Depends on how fast You can Grasp..it can be learnt in a week also and takes a month...depends on your hold on hand and how good you are at drawing. Patience and Practice is must for any Art work!
