"Animators are made in studios,not in colleges", there is hardly any college in India that offer right course to learn the art of animation that we can compare with CalArts, US or Shreidan college, Canada.Best training in India are provided by few animation studios, offering in house training programs. Ten to fifteen year back it was (ZICA) Zee Institute of Creative Art Mumbai, Heart institute Hyderabad and Penta Media Chennai. ZICA has stopped animation production now they completely into training and their quality of training had deteriorated. Heart and Penta Media Shut down. Few Ex ZICA faculties have managed to maintain high standard of Animation training by establishing their own studios. One of such studio is ToonOne Animation Studio in Nagpur, Offering Animation training in production environment. read less
