If you know the language and have a good practice of it, then you can easily switch to it when required.
Still, to retain a good fluency in the language, keep practising the four skills LSRW, i.e. Listening, speaking reading and writing.
1. With communication, speaking practice
2. Reading latest blogs
3. Listening to English clips
4. Writing, especially formal writings if you are a professional.
