I am a yoga therapist and research scholar. I teach yoga last five years. If you want general fitness, improve your sleep quality and immunity, reduce your anxiety, stress, depression then join my class. I have also done yoga training in Ayurvedic hospital. There I treated people with back pain, knee pain, arthritis, diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure through yoga. I also provide acupressure therapy and marma therapy along with yoga therapy for disease treatment. In acupressure therapy, healing is done using seeds and magnets without any additional negative effects. Currently I am working at ESIC hospital as a yoga therapist.
