Ofcourse yes. I am a software engineer as well as certified aerobics trainer. Daily min 10 hours I have to engaged with chair and computer but I always give an hour for exercise. The best way to regain your dance skill, you should start running and streching.once you gain back your stamina you can do dance easily.
