Heena's Yoga & Wellness Studio

Heena's Yoga & Wellness Studio, established by Dinesh Awtaney in 2016, promotes yoga awareness and contributes to India's health transformation. With four dedicated trainers, each holding a diploma in nutrition and diet and being Yoga Visharath therapists; our studio is committed to providing exceptional yoga education. We currently have nine ongoing batches, categorised into level 1, level 2, and level 3 certifications by the Ministry of Ayush guidelines.
Our comprehensive teacher training program spans three months per level. During this period, we offer a variety of yoga classes, including traditional yoga and therapeutic yoga, tailored explicitly for individuals dealing with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and PCODs. These classes are available for one hour, with sessions held from 6 am to 12 pm and again from 5 pm to 8 pm.
At Heena's Yoga & Wellness Studio, we prioritise practical and theoretical aspects of yoga training. Our sessions provide hands-on experiences alongside informative discussions, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience. Additionally, we encourage participants to explore introductory modules that help them ease into their yoga journey.
To facilitate effective learning, we have developed our structured YTC notes, which serve as a comprehensive resource for our students. Furthermore, we offer a trainers' internship program for individuals aspiring to work as yoga trainers. Heena's Yoga & Wellness Studio promotes physical and mental well-being through the ancient yoga practice. With our expert trainers, diverse classes, and an emphasis on holistic education, we strive to create a nurturing environment that supports personal growth and self-discovery.
