Yoga Darshan

I am Rohit Kothari, a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher, trained under Sadhguru's guidance. Based in Nagpur, I run Yoga Darshan. I have a background in engineering, graduating in Information Technology, and have 12 years of experience working with major IT companies such as L&T Infotech, Intuit, and Amazon. With a passion for sports, I’ve participated in marathons, long-distance cycling, swimming, and I am also a certified paragliding enthusiast.

My journey took a turn when I pursued the Isha Inner Engineering course followed by Hatha Yoga practices to enhance my personal well-being. This transformation inspired me to share this knowledge with a broader audience. In 2019, I left my IT career to complete the 21-week Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program. Since then, I've been dedicated to teaching Hatha Yoga practices in Nagpur.
