I teach Yoga and have been actively training students for the past 7 years, guiding them toward better physical health, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle. My approach to yoga goes beyond just physical postures, focusing on overall wellness, discipline, and long-term healthy habits.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science, which has given me a strong understanding of health, nutrition, and the human body. Along with this, I am a certified Yoga trainer with formal certifications in Traditional Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga. This combination of academic knowledge and professional training allows me to design sessions that are both safe and effective.

Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of students and clients, helping them improve flexibility, manage weight, reduce stress, and address specific health concerns through yoga. I focus on making yoga a sustainable part of daily life rather than a short-term practice, ensuring that students experience lasting benefits.

My teaching methodology is structured, practical, and personalized. I create a detailed lesson plan for each session, ensuring a balanced mix of theory and hands-on practice. I gradually build the practice level, allowing students to understand the purpose and correct technique of each asana, pranayama, and relaxation practice.

I place strong emphasis on discipline, consistency, and mindful practice. Each student’s body and health condition are different, so I provide personalized guidance and modifications to help them practice safely and effectively. This individualized attention helps students progress at their own pace while achieving their wellness goals.

I conduct both online and offline classes, offering flexibility based on students’ schedules and preferences. My sessions are interactive and practice-oriented, ensuring that students remain engaged and motivated throughout their yoga journey.

My goal as a yoga instructor is to help students build a strong connection between body and mind, improve overall health, and develop a balanced lifestyle. Seeing students grow healthier, more confident, and more mindful through regular practice continues to inspire me as a teacher.
