I'm true professional and having expertise in the area/subject of Political Science. Done M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Political Science discipline. I was awarded Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship from UGC, New Delhi to pursue by Research at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University) Dayalbagh Agra. I'm also UGC- NET Qualified and having 7 years of teaching & research experience to teach political science related subject and social sciences.

Also, I provide training to UGC - NET Aspirants in the area of Political Science.

In my classroom, I utilize interactive learning strategies, including simulations, debates, and technology-aided presentations, to foster critical thinking and active participation.

I encourage open discussions and independent research, promoting a student-centered environment that fosters lifelong learning.

My M.Phil. dissertation and Ph D. thesis analyzed the impact of India's reservation policy on higher education, providing invaluable insights for policymakers. It has been cited in several academic journals and presented at conferences, furthering understanding of this critical issue.
