Practice is the key. Give a definite amount of time on regular basis to the activity you want to be good in. There is no standard hand gesture or standardization, just type & type, no matter how bad it starts or goes, just keep doing it. Good luck.

It's best to practice first on type writer. You can search it in your surroundings then once you get yourself confidence you can on the computer. I hope and tried and its working.
