1. started reading new paper, start with small articles and then move to large articles.

2. note down all the words which are new to you, alongawith the sentence, you read in the newspaper.

3. Make friends who are having the same moto and start conversations in english.

 

4. take SP bakshi book for english grammar and learn maintain a diary writing your whole day's activities.

The basic thing to learn English is to improve vocabulary, grammar and accent. For vocabulary read newspaper. for grammar read or study from someone. Then try to frame sentence in your own words that will improve your grammar while you speak.
