How can I improve my grammar and speak without thinking of grammar rules when I do speak? And I want to work in media field so give me little tips to lead there.

The basic thing to learn English is to improve vocabulary, grammar and accent. For vocabulary read newspaper. for grammar read or study from someone. Then try to frame sentence in your own words that will improve your grammar while you speak.
